FROM CURIOSITY TO CRAFT
Food has always been something I was drawn to. Long before Abrams Catering, I loved being in the kitchen — tasting, experimenting and creating simply because I enjoyed it. At fourteen, that interest became something more serious when I took my first steps into professional hospitality.
Over the eight years that followed, I learnt that memorable dining is about far more than what’s on the plate. It’s the detail, the service, the atmosphere and the feeling you leave people with. Those experiences now shape every Abrams Catering experience.
Seeing people genuinely enjoy what I’ve created is still the best part. Creating something memorable — and putting a smile on someone’s face — is why I do what I do.

My journey in hospitality began at fourteen, and over the years that early passion has developed into a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
